When I get to a stop light warmed up, the idle goes smooth then it drops into a rough idle around 600 rpm going up and down. Im wondering if it's the IACV which I can't find. The PCV valve has been changed. Can someone help me out here?

Sounds like an IACV issue to me, it's underneath the upper intake manifold (you can't see or reach it until you remove the manifold)

I always hear different things on what it is.. I still can't get a clear understanding where it's at or what it looks like.
