Over the past few days I've noticed some oddball startup issues with my Frontier. If I pay close attention to how I'm cranking the engine on startup everything's fine, but if I do the typical "I've started a vehicle 20,000 times in my life and don't even think about it" sometimes it won't start, but when I crank it a second time it'll start just fine. Also none of the lights on the dash like the good ol check engine are popping on at me. Also when the truck is on voltage shows in the normal range on the battery. I was just hoping for some feedback on this one. I got a second gen with a little more than 45k miles and I've been driving it since october of 06 only work done on it so far has been routine maintenance and I had the fuel sending unit replaced under warranty. Also no mods yet.

standard: could be the switch on the clutch being lazy.
automatic: auto version of the same thing.

Probably just the battery, tho. Clean and grease the terminals.
