So I’ve been sitting on this for a while. Should I get the hypertech programmer and what are the tunes I should do. I have a 2012 Nissan Frontier SV, will it work on it?

The only Hypertech programmer for your 2012 Frontier (V6) is # 62001. It has pre-programmed tunes in it for regular gas or premium gas. It'll add 16-18HP and18-20 lb/ft of torque, depending on which tune you choose. It will also allow you to change the top speed limiter and rev limiter factory settings. It's pretty limited to what it can do.
