you dont even need them. they take about 15 minutes to install. the flat plate is the back. the frame wrap-around goes in the front. they are side specific. there are holes through the frame in the front that you will see where the bolts go.

in the back, there is a threaded hole you send a bolt right into. for reference it will go in the elongated hole. dont torque down yet, level the slider first. the bottom hole you need to drill a hole to install a handle bolt. I would recommend drilling through the entire frame and running a longer bolt.

Did you get all the hardware (bolts and backing plate?) If so it's pretty easy. I'm not sure they're available online unless someone scanned them onto their computer. I can try to do that tomorrow, in the meantime...

The long 4" bolt goes through the the frame in the front (L shaped bracket welded to slider) and the backing plate goes on the backside of the frame, washers on both sides and lock washer and nut on backing plate side.

The L bracket aligns with the cross-member under the truck. Short bolt (I think they're like 1/2" x 1 1/2") goes through hole in cross-member and through hole in the horizontal part of the L bracket. Washers on both sides, lock washer on the nut side.

The rear is a little trickier. Since you have a CC (mines a KC and is different so I'm going off memory of the directions), there are three holes in the rear bracket. One of them aligns with a threaded hole in the frame. Use the correct bolt (not sure the size) and attach slider using this hole.

The second hole is the bottom one (someone correct me if I'm wrong) and you will have the drill this one. Use a step bit. Drill the hole, paint the spot you just drilled, and using another of the short Grade 8's (see above) put the bolt through the lower hole in the slider bracket and attach with the stick nut on the inside of the frame rail using a lock washer on the nut side. There's an access hole right under or approx. right under the hole you just drilled. It's tricky, but you can get the lock washer on the backside of the bolt inside the frame.

It helps to have a second set of hands. Me and my buddy did it in about an hour total with just a floor jack and some ratchets. That was with 2 or 3 smoke breaks and waiting for paint to dry.

Hope that helps. I will try to scan and post the directions tomorrow. You could also email shrock and see if they'll send you the directions.

EDIT: Mandangalo beat me while I was typing all that. X2 on drilling through the frame for the lower bolt but use some sort of backplate. This is what I want to do with mine but the KC's don't use the top threaded hole so we have to drill two through holes... And the gas tank is in the way. Gas tank shouldn't be in the way for a through bolt on the lower hole.

No they do not. The side steps mount to the body under the doors. The sliders mount to the frame. Install is tomorrow. Yeah!!!
