First of all I need to get something off my chest. I've been lurking on this site for the past several years without joining. I know, I know. But, now I'm FINALLY a full fledged member!! Yaaaaa! Also, if it wasn't for this site I would've been in a world of trouble from the dreaded radiator/trans mixing issue that have plagued soooo many of us Frontier owners. I found out about it, and corrected it, all from the good people of this site!!::smile:: I originally had an '06 CC in Aztec red, which is what had the trans/radiator issue. I had a lot of good times in that truck. However, after I fixed it I had that nagging feeling of did I actually fix it or did I just prolong the inevitable?? Well, after several months of driving it I decided to trade it in and get my '13 CC in glacier white. I figured if I wanted to start modding a truck then why not start fresh with a new one!::smile:: And that leads me neatly into my ongoing 'modding fever' which I have a VERY bad case of.::grin::
Let me start this part out by saying THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! to several people. This is in no particular order and just off the top of my head: x-mods, cstone, brutal, rdrfronty, jeniorNV, NCfronty, rlowery78, Grendel, zoom-zoom, 808up-front, jettylife, glamisdude, bbaker06, mesoglea, and many, many, MANY more! A BIIIIIG THANK YOU to ALL of YOU!! Without you all, I more than likely wouldn't have ever tried to take on some of the projects that I have. My girlfriend and my wallet hate all of you, but if I ever got the chance I'd be honored to shake each and every one of your hands!:urock:
If any of you and/or anyone else for that matter, would take a few minutes and look at my garage I set up, it would make me a very happy camper. I have one project in particular that I just recently finished that I plan on making a new thread about. HOPEFULLY, a lot of people will find it useful as I spent a LOT of time, effort, and of course more money than I probably should have, to make it the best that I possibly could. The particular project I'm talking about is the Bussmann RTMR install which I have a couple of teaser pics of below.::wink::
It may take me awhile to get used to how this site works, but please bare with me. I plan on doing my best to give back to this community as it has given me faaaaaaar more than I could have ever asked for! Thank you again to each and every one of you who have contributed to making this site an absolute AWESOME place to visit!:awesome:
