I've not posted much here, but thought I'd share my most recent write-up on the NPORA (Pathfinder) forum where I spend most of my time.

How To Repack a H233B Limited-Slip Differential (LSD)

Doesn't apply to the D40 guys, just the D22 and D21 guys (if any). Feel free to ask any questions here or there.

Nice work. Very creative. Unexpected bonus...the ability to measure the amount of force required to topple your workbench.

Thanks! The bench hit a lot higher than expected, too...and notably higher than several of those OE diffs.
