I made a bunch but what type of washer doesn't bend? I've wrenched a couple a tad too tight and I warped the washers. Not a huge deal. Nice work though, better than paying 45 dollars.

Double or triple up the washers and see how durable they are. That should help out a bunch.

Didn’t watch the video. I use U channel parts, no washer but a thick square plate on the outside. Home Depot has them.
