get the freaking upper control arm bolts out??????????? Trying to install a 3" sup lift and am having one hell of a time getting the bolts out! Lets just say the stealer has overnight-ed 4 new bolts for me!
I have try heat(map gas) and a hammer, no luck, a saw-all but burnt up a blade(figured its harden steel) now thinking I'll try a 4" grinding wheel.............................any help?

At first the the bolt would turn and the whole a-arm would spin, now that most of the bushing is burnt up and more heat to the sleeve still no budging.

shouldnt be that hard. do you have a cheater bar? I know I used probably a 16" cheater bar on the end of my socket. make sure you are applying the force to the nut side and just holding the bolt head side from spinning. if you are trying to spin from the bolt head side you are likely fighting more then you need to.

PBblaster is the key. Just apply it a few days in advance. Then a cheater bar (breaker bar) and you are good to go. Heat shouldn't be needed since it will melt the bushings (sounds like you found that out already).

Also, the bolts can be purchased at almost any auto parts store. Going to the dealer is a bit much in most cases.

Thanks for the tip guys,
David & Dubie, I had been applying PB Blast for about two weeks before I started. My problems is not with the nut, those came right off, It is the Bolt itself. It seems as though they are frozen inside the bushing sleeve. After posting this I found that the best way is to just cut the bloody things off.

I try heat, slam the bolt with a 3lb sledge hammer and nada! So with a 4" grinding wheel and my saws-all with a good blade I am able to just cut them off. Ran out of day light so hoping tomorrow to have it done. Keeping my fingers cross.
I'll post my before and after pics hopefully by the weekend
