Emissions are 8yr/80k so the OP is good. Just take it to your dealer, have them pull the code and they will replace your CAT or CATs. What happens is they get clogged with crap or breakdown. Pieces end up getting sucked back into the motor and it craps out. It has happened to a few VQs and VKs in the past. This is why some have opted to go HF cats with headers (performance and CAT insurance).If you look in the owners manual, I believe emission components are covered for 100,000 miles (or somewhere around there).
