I have searched , but there is only info on the 05-09.My whhel is cocked to the left. I was wondering if I can remove it to straighten it out. Thanks

No you can not. You need to get an alignment.

When the wheel is straight the pitman arm on the steering box should be parallel to the frame (straight back). If it is not then you could adjust it at the splined interface from the steering shaft to the box. If it is, then your tie-rods are out of adjustment and you need a proper alignment.
