The biggest concerns, expense-wise, are the supercharger, timing belt and exhaust manifolds. The timing belt is, of course, a maintenance item and the engine is an interference-type engine, so it is important that it is done at the recommended intervals. The supercharger is pretty much maintenance free. Look for signs of leaks at the nose cone and listen for any rattling noises, which could be a sign the bearings are going bad; replacement supercharger is around $800+labor. Listen for leaks around the exhaust manifolds. The studs are pretty robust (correcting an issue of the earlier VG30's), but the exhaust manifolds can sometimes crack and leak.
Keep in mind that the VG33ER requires premium fuel and gets pretty poor gas mileage. Don't be surprised if you see 12-15 MPG.

I always smear a layer of wheel bearing grease on the stops during a lube service.
