Ok, Here is the situation, I had my timing chain and guides replaced by a friends shop 70,000 miles or so ago. Ever since then I get P0011 on right bank. I had the intake timing solenoid on that bank changed and still have the code. I just last week checked the timing myself and have found: Left Bank +10 degrees, Right Bank -10 degrees. They are telling me I need to replace my timing set again. I'm not sure what to do, I don't want to spend money I don't have.
Any Advice would be much appreciated.

If it happened as soon as they replaced the timing chains, then they likely did not get the timing chains put on correctly when the put it together and the front cover has to be taken off and everything put back in time. I wouldn't have waited 70,000 miles to address the CEL, however. The chains and guides and tensioners should still be in good shape. If it wasn't replaced last time, I would seriously consider replacing the water pump while it's apart. You will need sealant, coolant, oil and filter, front crank seal and all of the cover seals. It's a pain in the butt, though.
