My wife took my 2 day old Fronty to Sears where she loaded it up with patio furniture. The guy that helped used the bed extender and latched the straps to where they should go. My problem is that I don't know how to unlatch them. The manual doesn't say-nor does the bed extender directions. If someone could give a newbie detailed directions on how to unlatch the tailgate/bed extender straps it would be greatly appreciated.

use the tailgate handle (from the bottom ofcourse if your tailgate is down)

I assume your tailgait is down? reach under and pull the handle like you are going to lower your tailgate and they should pop right out. If your tailgate was locked(shouldn't have been with the gate down) with a key you may have to crawl under and stick your key in and unlock the tailgate first(highly unlikely).
