First make sure you're checking the correct fuel line going into the rail - the feed, which should have fuel, is the one with the fitting. The return is the one with the clamps.

If no fuel is coming out of the feed, then listen for the fuel pump priming in the tank. If you turn on the key without starting the engine it should run for a few seconds and you should hear it.

No noise? Then check your fuel fuses and relays. The fuel pump relay is under the dash above the pedals on the driver side. If it clicks on when you turn the key then clicks back off after a few seconds then the relay should be good.

All fuel fuses good? Relay is clicking?

Then it's either a bad pump or wiring problem to the pump. You'll need to check if you're getting power and ground to the pump. If you are then you'll need a new pump
