I just got a call that my truck is done with the rear suspension and need a ride to go pick it up tomorrow. Unfortunately Giant is moving their shop Wednesday, so I HAVE to go get it Tuesday or wait a few weeks.

The shop is in Garden Grove, about an hour from my house in San Diego. Ill definitely pay for gas, food, and anything else that may arise.

Let me know if anyone can help out.

- Thanks!

Best thing I can think of is post in the Craigslist rideshare section in your SD area. Or take the commuter train to closest station and taxi or bus it from there.

Man, good luck bro!
Don't trust the shady people on craigslist; I know I only need the one...but I value my kidneys. As far as the commuter, I would probably spend just as much on the taxi as renting a car. If need be I'll just rent a car one way, I was just really hoping to avoid doing that.

funny you post this.... Im going to rancho santa margarita early tomorrow morning (around 7am) to drop off my truck at Magnaflow. They are going to test fit an cat-back exhaust for a week and I get a free exhaust system. I am planning on being there by about 830 and they are giving me a rental. I need to be back in San diego no later than 2pm.

Thank you very much; I appreciate it. I happened to get lucky though; a friend who happens to be unemployed, with not much to do tomorrow, agreed to take me up to get it.

I really do appreciate you offering though. If you ever want to come out to ocotillo let me know...I'll give you a ride in the truck:)

ah ok man. cool stuff. ive seen them in magazines and stuff. didnt know they were so close though and never seen their website. I thought he was talking about some guy name Giant hahaha. Anyways that may be a good company to talk to when Im looking to get my custom front bumper made.
The shop is moving on Wednesday.

And just a heads up, Giant is neither cheap nor timely. However; they provide a rock solid product with more race miles on their parts than almost any other shop out there.
