Hello,

I'm in the process of trying to add OEM power windows, locks, mirrors to my 2007 XE.

I have everything: OEM door harnesses, lock actuators, window actuators, switches... extra BCM connectors to de-pin.

The current problem is that my BCM is not outputting voltages needed.
BCM M19 pins 45 and 46 should have 12v going to the lock switches but show 0v with ign on or off.
BCM M20 pin 68 should have 12v out to the window controls. It has 0v out with ign on.
Interestingly pin 68 is populated with a blue wire, but all FSM docs say orange to the window switch. I can't find anything showing blue.

Strangely my truck has the keyless remote module present and wired from the factory. So I was hopeful I could just connect the required wires and the locks would work, but not so much.

Are the BCMs actually different internally or does it need to be programmed to "enable" these outputs?

I am open to buying a BCM from a truck with power accy.
My truck does not have an immobilizer so if I buy a random BCM I'm concerned it will no longer start due to the immobilizer? I am also slightly concerned with pin 68 already being populated.

I'm stuck...

Can anyone confirm if the BCM contains the immobilizer data? I thought it was the gauge cluster.

Also, do I have to have a replacement BCM programmed before it would work? The service manual talks about it, but I imagine it will work if I just plug it in. That's probably just to set the exact options the vehicle has?

So far the only thing I've found that the BCM has memory of is the TPMS. The remainder seems plug and play.

I want to add power windows/locks to my KC also but I think I'm going to go the cheaper router and use aftermarket kits. I figure for both locks and windows it should be less than $100 or so. It sure won't look as good as OEM but should be fine I think. I knew I should have waited a bit longer and just got a model with all those features already in it. LOL.

I'm about 90% confident I can finish the job with a new BCM. Would be nice to hear from someone who has replaced one to confirm no special programming is required.

I considered going aftermarket but I really would like to stick with OEM, and I have all of the parts.
