FYI:

Don't know if any of you have experienced this problem yet but I had to get the motor mechanism that switches the heater vents from defrost to Floor/Face. It was under warranty so no cost but it was making a horrible squealing noise when switching back n forth.. Just a heads up..

THINK THEY WOULD REPLACE A NOISY FAN MOTOR UNDER WARRANTY? SOUNDS LIKE A BEARING OR SOMETHING.

They should. Bad bearings are factory defect.

Well after replacing the actuator it still made the horrible noise. I now have it scheduled for Monday for them replacing the mechanism that rotates to change from defrost to Face/Feet. I think I will also get them to look at the bearings on the fan cause it seems to make a little noise.
