headlight assembly compatibility

I am sure I am somehow just being dumb, but, I cannot find and LED complete assembly for my 2017 Frontier. I have been attempting to figure out what range of years fit, since I know they don't change much but cant seem to locate a list. So, anyone know what years are compatible to replace the entire headlight assembly with an LED unit?

I have a 1998 Frontier XE and am wondering if anyone has any ideas for updating the headlights?
