I'm having the same problem finding headers for my KA24DE with auto trans. I called pacesetter and they do not make a header for an auto trans, only manual. I'm thinking I would get the manual trans header and have an exhaust shop cut it so it can clear the trans bell housing.

check this out guys this guy put on the pacesetters on his auto and he said he only had a few problems.

1-EGR tube was about 3 inches short from the header
2-flange that bolts to the cat was about 3 inches too short

He also said that you WILL have to weld in an o2 sensor bung, because the downpipe for the manual trans header doesn't have a bung, and the auto trans has it right by the flange. the link to the thread is linked below and theres his picture. Do you guys think that a exhaust shop could that care of those problems after we got it on there?

I think i might try what that guy did with installing manual pace-setters on my KA24DE auto. I had a feeling that you can make it work. Does anyone know what type of intake he as on his engine???? I would really like to do that too so I can get rid of the bulky stock air filter housing.
