Just by looking at a few different sites (including paintscratch.com, among other touch up paint sites) they list the color as "medium blue" spreading between 2015 to current, with the same letter code. This would lead me to believe that they are the same. I have only had my Frontier for a short time, but other cars I have owned have had a sticker that displays the paint code. If you could locate this sticker on your vehicle and have the seller of the part you're after verify the paint code on their sticker it would verify everything.
If all else fails, just call your local body shop. I'm sure they'll be happy to help. After all, it is likely that they'll make a future business connection by doing you the courtesy of verifying something for you.
