Graphite Blue same as Arctic Blue Metallic?

Can anyone say with certainty if the Nissan colors Graphite Blue and Arctic Blue Metallic are the same? Is it just a renaming of the same color? There is a topper for sale in one color and mine is the other. It is too far to for me to drive (too much time) just to see if they match and pictures haven't helped. I know colors fade and I can accept that minor difference but it would be nice if both colors had the same starting point. Thanks!

Graphite Blue is Color Code: RAQ
Arctic Blue Metallic is Color Code: RBG

So, will guess they are slightly different. RBG was used in '15+ models.
