good morning peoples, I am new to the forum
I recently picked up a 2006 Frontier SE 6speed with about 47k miles on it. So far I have added the following:
Ipod interface
Duplicolor bed armor bed liner
Front Slotted /Cross Drilled Rotors
General Grabber AT2 Tires
I had to drop the truck off at the mechanic this morning because one of the rear caliper bolts was cross threaded, The lower bolt did not want to come off. Also, one of the Caliper bolts was just spinning and felt like it was going to snap...did i give up to easily?
As far as the duplicor bed liner I know I know I cheaped out, but the truck has a few tiny dings on it so since I will use this as a work truck i wanted to see how the stuff holds up. I can always replace it next year with a rhino liner.
Once the brakes are done, I plan on getting a Truxedo tanneu cover.
Also in the works i= Are PIAA 520 ion fogs and most importantly a Fisher Homesteader Plow. Ill post picks once Im done detailing the truck.
Truck was purchased used, knowing that the Fuel Level Sensor needs to be replaced. NISSAN told me that they will warranty it. Also I was told by my mechanic that the slave was leaking, So whatever NISSAN wont warranty, I will have my mechanic fix
I used to own a 2003 Nissan Maxima so I am no stranger to NISSAN.
Other Vehicles include :
2007 Suzuki SX4 (daily Driver)
2004 Volvo S60 R (weekend cruiser 300HP AWD 6 SPD..Pride and Joy)
I love driving the frontier though....fun and practical
look forward to posting on the board.. and remember "if you are not first, you are last....shake and bake"
God Speed
