Going to another dealer

Well the saga has ended... in a way. I will not be going back to Glenn Nissan where I bought my truck. Found out why they didn't want to trade very well with me, they are afraid of my truck. Yep, might have a prob, Well no :censor:. Basicly a slip of the tounge let me zero in on it. So goodbye to them. Looking for another dealer to get it looked at. I still may trade up for an LE loaded, or a Titan, not sure yet. I at last have some peace about it, which is nice, now just a matter of finding a good dealer in KY.

Can you be a little more specific as to what was said. What about their phone call to sweeten the deal?

Well I got the impression they were wanting to check it out before they did the deal, to see what was up I guess, like any other trade. Well duh.. thats why I'm wanting to. Anyway lowest trade got to 3200 between the two. So, screw them. I'm better off getting it looked at some where else anyway. I'm not sure their service dept is that great, I mean they could'nt find one thing wrong I listed the last time I was there. Speaks volumes really. I feel better about though, more than I have in weeks! :)There are other places just as close.
a little story ...

A long time ago a friend of my brothers purchased a new Scirocco from a local VW dealer. From day one, he complained to the dealer that he could hear a noise from the bottom end of the motor. The dealer shuffled their feet, told him he was hearing things and denied anything was wrong.
So one day, my brothers friend had had enough. He got into his car, drove it to a backroad, put it in first gear and dumped it until it blew up. Fixed under warrenty. No more problems.
I dont condone this activity .. but I do find this relevant to this thread.
