Hello I have 2010 King cab. The little handle to open the glove box broke off. I bought a used glove box to replace it. Is it possible to salvage the old key on the new glove box?

Since there are screws on the back of the door I'd say you should be able to do it, let us know how you make out.

I took those 3 screws off and a cover came off. Now i took off the latch assembly kit and can't seem to take off the key cylinder.

Oftentimes lock cylinders are attached using a flat spring retainer. Yes, the lock can be removed from the glove box door, I don't have a Frontier nearly that new so can't look at mine.

Please post good photos of the inner part of the door/latch.

Or you could stop by a locksmith shop, should just take a minute or two to swap. He would need to remove the cylinder to re-key it anyway.
