On the SL version via the digital readout it gives you MPG, distance to empty and something else. Has anyone found a way to turn those values on for the S and SV models?

Sure, I don't know, but if anyone figures it out, I would be interested. My wifes Murano has it, and I would like to have it in mt Frontier.

Can't get it on the S or SV.

Not something you can turn on. This was discussed a long time ago. I you use one of those plug in tuner things you can view it. One of the selling points of getting a nismo or Lx. If you hold down the trip knob you can get all kinds of other test features.
