Granted, it is not a truck just for the average person.
But for some who wants a capable off road machine with excellent suspension with plenty of power, I can see it.
No need to spend gobs of money. Should be fine off the show room floor.
I know the cost of trying to get 12" of travel.

Yeah...

MSRP is gonna be what I paid for my house and the payment will be higher then my mortgage....And payoff around the same time!
Just for your information, average price for a home in Los Angeles is $759,958. You could build one heck of a truck.
Correction. $633,000. Probably have to leave out the leather interior now.

Lot of bad things with living in this state.
Outrageous taxes for one . Traffic is horrible. Our government is almost broke.
But living a few minutes from the ocean, an hour or so to the mountains or desert is worth it. Plus the good weather makes it worthwhile.
It is tough buying a home here but I was able to.
Most of my friends do. Just a bunch of hard working blue collar kind of people.

I saw that story too... I think the more important detail about that story is that the Ranger is actually (and officially) coming back - the same Ranger that's in the same class as the Frontier and Tacoma. The moment the new Ranger is released in the U.S., The Frontier will be so out-dated it would be sad.

Part of me has a feeling that Nissan won't really do anything with the current Frontier until the Ranger comes out, when they will have to update for sure. But then again, it's Nissan. Who knows LOL

Oh. It will be wazoo expensive no doubt. It’s not for everyone. But looks sweet.

Don’t forget in 2019 too Jeep will have the Scrambler truck based on the new Wrangler. So that’ll be another truck in the mid size class. A bit of it’s own sub class but still. All this is my hope that it will just make Nissan better and really up their game for the next gen.

The Raptor would be sticker shock but compared to what we all buy aftermarket, it might not be so far fetched.
