Fuel Door

Just a friendly heads up. The pin the the fuel door hinge on Nissans tend to bind up and bend making the door become difficult to impossible to close. I periodically spray it with WD-40 and never a problem. The road salt helps to gum it up more easily. My brother had the hinge twist and the door moved over 1/4 inch and didn't fit in the opening and chipped up the paint.

I had mine replaced in late 08, and it's loose again. Called Nissan and they have ordered the part to fix it (again) under warranty. Thank God for drive-thru service!!
