Figured I try to sell them here before Ebay or Craigslist.

****SIGMA LENS IS SOLD****
Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6.
I bought this lens brand new about 6 months ago, and still have all original paper work, box, lens hood, front and rear caps, etc..
I probably took maybe 100-150 pictures with it (shooting my son's football games).
It is mint, works and looks brand new, no blemishes anywhere including the flawless optics.
You won't be able to tell it's not brand new, guaranteed.
It has the internal focus motor, meaning it will work on ANY Nikon DSLR.

NIKON LENS STILL FOR SALE . . .
Nikon 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5
Bought this little gem on Craigslist and I'm the second owner.
Until just recently getting my 18-200mm VR lens this 18-70mm was my absolute favorite lens hands down.
It has been used as my primary walk around lens and it's a great lens.
It has the usual wear and tear of a used lens, but functions 100%.
This is an excellent all purpose lens and I wouldn't even think of getting rid of it if I didn't have my new 18-200mm VR lens.
Cosmetically I'd give the lens a 7+ on a 1-10 scale.
Function and optics I'd give it a 9.5 on a 1-10 scale.
It has had a UV filter on it since brand new.
Lens comes with front and rear caps, UV filter and hood only, no box or paper work.
It has the internal focus motor, meaning it will work on ANY Nikon DSLR.
This is the lens here: Amazon.com: Nikon 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5G ED IF AF-S DX Nikkor Zoom Lens: Camera & Photo (check out the reviews).
New these still sell for well over $300 if you can find one.
Asking $225 shipped to the cont. 48 states.

I can get pictures if you are interested, but rest assured these lenses are exactly as I have described.

The only reason these are being sold is both have essentially been replaced by other lenses and don't get used any more.

I take and prefer Paypal, since it protects both of us when doing a transaction.

Any questions just ask.

I'll talk to my wife. She has a D40 and is always looking for new toys for it.

I would consider buying it but I just got my new 18-200MM VR lens today. It's purty too. Good luck with the sale.
Thanks.
18-200mm VR = da chit, good choice.
Have you had it out yet for some pics?
I'm loving mine right now and I haven't even shot 100 pics with it yet.

These two lenses I have for sale will cover a greater focal range though at half the price (for both) of a new 18-200mm VR, but it means you're carrying more lenses around, that's all.

I am setting it up at the moment. Probably won't try anything serious until the weekend. I also got a new cell phone today.

It's in superb condition, glass is perfect.
This was my favorite lens for quite some time.
Sad to see it go really but I won't use it now that I have the 18-200mm VR.
I'm going to throw it up on Ebay pretty soon if no interest here.

What model Nikon do you have Seth, I don't remember if you mentioned that?
Upgraded from the D40x to the D90 in Jan '09. Have 5 lenses for it now! Some overlap, but they all have a purpose, and one or two were just too good of deals to pass up. This one I am obviously going to use for long distance shots, as I also have the 18-200 VR, which is what I usually shoot with. Have the tripod ready to get some pics of the graduation tomorrow night.
