These are my old SE rims that I took great time and care to paint just the way I wanted.
Even though I prepped them properly and applied many layers of paint and clear they didn't stand up to the abuse my tire ship put them through.
If you look in my gallery you'll see these rims in all their glory before the tire shop did a number on them.
As you can see below they are now chipped from changing out tires.
I'm not sure how other people's rims that have been painted have held up to a tire dismounting machine but these did not fair well.
Was it from mishandling or will paint just not hold up? I don't know.
If I were to use paint again I would do a solid (non-metallic) color for easy touch up, live and learn I guess.
These rims are being sold as is for either a refinish (maybe powder coating?) or for a set of off-road/winter beater rims, whatever you decide.
Heck, maybe you just want to touch them up and rock them the way they are?
Take a look at the pictures, they aren't horribly chipped and the marks are only paint deep, no digs in the metal itself, but they don't look pretty any more.
I'm asking $150 shipped anywhere on the east coast and $175 out to the west coast (if you are in between we'll figure it out), cont. 48 states only please.
Pick-up price is $100 (zip code 17701), plus you get to meet me as an extra added bonus.
I prefer Paypal since it protects both parties involved in the transaction, cash in person is fine too.
Any questions, just ask.
What you get are the four rims you see in the pictures, and a full set of OEM lug nuts.
