I was pretty much in the same situation. I seriously considered the Kingcab Titan SE, but it just didn't make sense to me. I live in an apartment, in the city, and commute 30 miles to work.
The 05 Frontier was just too capable to turn down. I love the truck and even though I occasionally lust over a Titan I'll see on road, I am glad I made the decision I did, especially at the gas pump.
This truck can do just about anything a full size can, and it does it well. You should have no problem towing with your bike in the back.
