Either will serve you well.
I had a2004 Titan KC SE with big tow package.. Absoulutely loved it. It would tow about anything. I toook a new position and due to commute and the Titan would not fit in my new garage I reluctantly traded it for a 2005 NISMO. While the Frontier does not have the UMPPPH the Titan had, horsepower per weight is actually better than the Titan. About a hundred less in torque though. Actually, i like my Fronty better than my Titan. It handles better and since my sailboat only weights 4700 I had no real need for the Titan. My Fronty tows my boat with no problem.
