I can't get an alignment on my truck because the control arm bolts, etc. are all rusted up. I'm tired of the lousy handling and continuous steering effort required to stay on course.

Besides Moog upper and lower control arms, cam bolts, and polyurethane bushings for the sway bar, is there anything else I should replace?

The idler arm bushings wear out pretty fast. You can buy just the bushings but you May want to get a whole new idler arm if it's never been addressed in case any metal parts are worn from the bushings being gone.

The center link has two ball joint type things on it where it hooks to the pitman and idler arms. They wear out and get sloppy. Replace the whole link, ball joints not sold separately.

While you're at it do the tie rod ends unless you know they have lots of life.

Upper and lower control arms (with ball joints and bushings obviously), tie rod ends, center link, idler arm, and sway bar bushings are pretty much all the wear items for the front suspension/steering. Oh, might as well do the wheel bearings also.
