Does anyone have a set of 2 ohm 6x9 front door speakers in good condition they'd be willing to sell? Stock or aftermarket.
I dont want to install a set of 4 ohm, as I've already changed out the stock 2 ohm fro a 4 0hm on the driver side and lost way to much volume.

that is a problem in auto manufacturing, they KNOW that most aftermarket speakers ans radios use 4 ohm but they still set up the stock stuff for 2 ohm

this creates a problem

not a huge one but one either way

Yes I have a pair of factory ones that I removed from my truck. It had the RF system in it. I have the head unit and amp also.

IMHO, rid oneself of the crappy signal producing OEM headunit...w/ a better signal producing (and 4 ohm) aftermarket one.

So if I want to keep the factory head unit, with its backup camera and XM capability, but upgrade my speakers there are not any good options?
