I bought the truck with only one fog light that worked. After putting a new ones in neither of them work.

Fuses are good, and there are bulbs (that came with the package). Besides the fog lights being shitty, is there anything else I'm not aware of?

Blown fuse during the change?
What type of bulb? LED can be polarity sensitive I think.

LEDs ARE polarity sensitive...

I've had LEDs wired backwards (even in a 'kit') and I've managed to not-fully seat the weathertight connector for the H11 (fog) sockets a number of times. Failing a problem there, I't take a multimeter and some mini probes and start at the weatherpack socket verify 12v at each step along the way. Do you have a copy of the FSM?

H11 connector

If your using the factory harness I had a problem where only 1 fog was working and discovered the H11 connector (which is the connector coming off the fog light that you plug into the factory harness) had corroded. I didn't replace it, I just cleaned it and it did work for awhile but went out again. I then had to insert some short stiff wires into the slots the make them snug and its been good now for years. Not sure its your problem but worth looking at, that connector is right down there where it gets nailed with all kind of water and road debris.

If the fuse is blowing, then the circuit is shorted. A bad ground won't cause that; it will cause no operation or dim lights.

Are these OE or aftermarket? If aftermarket, do they utilize a relay?

This is how it I would set it up. Are u using factory wiring to the fogs? Cause my diagram will work if u run ur own wire. U can run a relay, if u want to, but I don't think it's absolutely necessary. Are ur fogs LEDS or HIDs or halogen? Running LEDs would be a bit better due to, heat reduction, power consumption, color variety, life. But some LEDs wont fit in the light housing, so gotta keep that in mind. Just my 2 cents...
