I am trying to find out if anyone knows for sure if the oem fog lights are the same in a 2016 to a 2013. I am looking at some replacement fog light assembles but they say fits up to a 2013 only

I'm pretty sure you're okay. I also have a 2016 and used this set: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00B9ZJVXC/ref=pe_825000_114657650_TE_item which says it fits 2010-2012 Frontier.
