Anyone run across this problem yet? The mounting bracket on one side of the bed divider is separating right where the mounting screw attaches the two pieces. It looks like you could drop a new helicoil in the pocket to fix this, anyone have any suggestions? Sorry if this isn't the right place for these questions.

Please post pics. Are you talking about the threaded metal insert that is in the plastic wedge that runs the length of the utilitrak? If so, I pressed out the metal insert and JB welded them back in and added a cut down lock nut on the back of the wedge. I also added another bolt to each side where the divider bolts to the bracket.

I'll post pics later tonight, but I'm pretty sure we're talking about the same part of the divider. I was thinking JB Weld would do the trick or inserting a helicoil and threading a new bolt.

It sounds like you are talking about the thumb wheels. My seized and I just got new one from the dealer.

I had the knurled insert rip out of mine, it is currently in the garage now. I found replacements on mcmaster but shipping is annoying.

How much are the replacements at the dealer?

Also, has anyone else noticed that this doesn't happen on the bed extender? I think it is becasue the bracket is acting like a washer so when you get new ones, add washers and it should last longer.

They give them to me. They said there was no part number for so they would have to make a few calls. They came in a week later. I would have paid for them but they said there was no charged.

On the bag there is BP BR500A. I don't know if that is the a part number or not.
