Of course, as I find out after the fact, these plastic POSs almost always break. Now I'm stuck. I see they don't make them any more. My options seem to be junkyard, or complete new hub assembly- but does that come with this piece? I don't want manual hubs, so if someone could steer me in the right direction with a link to the complete hub set I need, would be eternally grateful.

I don't know why everyone thinks these are NLA? I just ordered two of them last month for my 2004 4x4:

40218-8B400 Genuine Nissan #402188B400 Washer, Thrust (nissanpartsdeal.com)

Nissan calls them a "thrust washer", but they're not.

You are 100% correct. I foolishly took the word of the internet before checking. I called Nissan this morning and while they aren't cheap($90 each) they are available. That being said, I ended up ordering Warn manual hubs for a little more. Good to know I can switch back if I need to. THANK YOU!!!
