The title is pretty obvious, but after almost crushing my dog in the back seat the other day, I decided it was time to address the unintended seat reclining issue that has plagued so many people. I've only had this happen two or three times before and usually when hanging a leg out of the truck when exiting or leaning in while standing outside. Rather than a guard, I decided a lower profile switch actuator should do the trick. I designed one up and 3d printed out of ASA (UV Stable ABS like material). I am VERY happy with how it turned out and with as much testing as I cared to do, never once unintentionally hit the seat. Pictures of the low profile adjuster installed and compared to the old one below.
