Hi everyone! Just making my introduction thread.

Decided a truck would fit my lifestyle since my wife and I bought a house and were hoping to start a few projects. My previous car was a 2000 Subaru short wagon that was used a lot like a truck, for hauling and for winter. It was good at winter but bad at hauling, and my wife couldn't drive it because it was a manual and she had no desire to learn - I tried many times.

After searching for a few weeks, I found a great price on a 2009 Frontier KC 4x4 auto trans with 75k miles and snatched it up within hours of it going for sale. It's only been a week but I've already put some miles on it and really like it, especially the high driving position since I can see further now. It's the perfect compliment to my wife's Prius C, which we drive 9/10 days because of the low cost to run. But now, if some work needs done, we have the means to do it :).

Same scenario here. My wife kept buying stuff on CL, etc. I needed a much easier way to haul it back and forth. Hence the 2010 Frontier. I've had mine 6 years now and put over 101,000 miles on it. Still LOVE this truck!

Congrats on your new truck Dan! You'll love it!

I love my Frontier.
I downsized from an '06 Titan LE, and in typical fashion, I upgraded this Frontier to be like the Titan...
Only major difference is that I'm getting 14MPG after all the upgrades on this truck, compared to the 9MPG I was getting in the Titan.
But that's just the price you pay, when you start getting away from the stock version.

My advice, keep it stock, and only upgrade the things you know are going to be an issue - you'll be happier, and have fewer things to worry about.
