I gotta say, as a military medic and EMT for almost 4 years, that kit is pretty useless. Sure it's got bandaids, some sterile gauze, and a few other odds and sods for some minor dialy scrapes and cuts.

But if you show up or are involved in a motor vehicle accident, there is nothing in that kit that will be able to handle anything beyond minor. I suppose it is better than nothing, but I peiced mine apart a long time ago and made up my own with pressure bandages, a disposable CPR pocket mask, a bunch of gloves, sterile gauze and abdo pads, and emergency airways ( yes I know those are beyond the level of your average first aider).

So yeah I guess it's better than nothing, but in stark reality I'd rather go to a medical supply store and consult with them for a decent car kit and pay a little bot more, than show up at a bad car crash and have my pants around my ankles with my peapods swinging in the breeze.

But that's just my 2 cents. I apologize for the rant, but medicine is something Im fairly passionate about

Lmfao yeahhhhh I know, poor Jordo, but to be fair I only snagged the XOSKEL lightbar, he's allready got rock sliders and we're not sure if they'll fit second gen crewcabs anyways

I am a sniper tho :D
just shot a 4 cm 5 shot C7 grouping at 100m the other week, woulda been 2cm if I didn't pull my fourth shot :(

whadda thread Jack...

But back to the main topic, if you DO have a medkit, I'd reccomend throwing a couple large pressure bandages, more disposeable gloves, and a pocket mask at the very least.

I'll see if I can get some large DND field dressings from work, if there's any interest let me know individually and I'll ship a few to CF members if they pay for shipping, shouldn't be too terrible
