Nice improvement over stock huh. It looks better just to get the rake out of it.
as far as installation, i payed a 4x4 place to do it. but i started a thread a while back asking about the readylift kit and installation was discussed. from that thread, i gathered that installation is pretty simple to do by yourself if you have the tools and a buddy or two. its just a spacer on the front and a longer shackle in the back. and a couple bump-stops to install. How is the installation process? Any drawbacks to this kit? Thanks in advance.
Sounds perfect for what I am looking to do. I don't offroad but wanted a little better look to the truck.thanks guys.

as far as drawbacks, i'd say the only one is that it's not gonna give u more flex or anything when u go off road. its pretty much a kit just for looks and gives you some more room for bigger tires. but i'd say that's the only one. like i said, the ride is just as good if not better than before i had it on, still gettin 20 mpg on trips back to nc.
do u have any pics of your wheels on the truck? and hopefully the lift would give u more space if anything.I just wonder if I will have to do any modifications with my pro comp wheels. Already had a minor rub when turning hard to get in a parking spot. Got that fixed with a heat gun.
I will get some pics when I get home this afternoon.do u have any pics of your wheels on the truck? and hopefully the lift would give u more space if anything.
