Finally confirmed ATF/anti-freeze mixing

I did the trans cooler by-pass last fall because of the typical vibration issues. I couldn't confirm that the fluids were mixing at the time, but by-passed the cooler as a precaution. Last night I was messing around under the truck and pulled one of the caps I put on the trans cooler nipples to seal them. The cooler was full of anti-freeze. Still have some vibration, but at least it's still running.

How are you in relation to the warranty? I wonder if it would be worth re-hooking it up to have a new trans put in with a new radiator?

101k. From what I've seen, heard and read, the radiator is not covered under any warranty and any part that fails (transmission) because of an un-covered part is also not covered.

I guess your bypass semi-saved you just in time. Hopefully the trans will hold up and if not, there are a couple of companies that sell upgraded disks and friction plates that you can use to rebuild it.
