Has anyone removed the fender bulges from thier 98-2000 frontiers? I am interested in doing it to mine but im not sure what it would look like. I have already destroyed the plastics on the side of the front bumper and all the factory hard mud flaps off roading.

if they are destroyed and you need new ones anyway...just rip the damn things off...just look online for a picture of an XE that doesn't have the flares.... you will have holes there also.

Just like Dan said rip em off. You'll have holes and paint scrapes where dirt and grit got between the flare and the panel. Clean it up and seal the scratches before you put new ones on there.

i could maybe try to get to the shop where my truck is and snap a pic and post it up. hasnt had the flares since May. as Bsmith said there will be holes. mine just kind of fell off tho, the same day my avatar pic was taken :laugh:
