Fender flare rubber seal

All,

I have these seals popping up on all four corners of my truck. Not only do they pop out at the ends, but the rubber falls short of going all the way around the whole fender.

Do they need replacing or will new ones have the same problems?

Your advice on any way to fix is appreciated!

Here ya go:

There are 2 part numbers for the Right side
93840-9z402 $35.76
93840-9z403 $31.78

And one on the left side
93841-9z400 $35.76

I don't have them in stock to measure the length...sorry guys. I can special order these if anyone needs them!
