All,

I have these seals popping up on all four corners of my truck. Not only do they pop out at the ends, but the rubber falls short of going all the way around the whole fender.

Do they need replacing or will new ones have the same problems?

Your advice on any way to fix is appreciated!

Not all of our trucks have those strips... I have(along with many others) tried to get new ones though! If you end up going to the dealer for new ones, will you post part#'s on here please?

Those seals are about $40 each at the dealer (They used to cost $12). If you want to spring for that amount of cash for those things then I'd just get 4 left rear seals. They're all the same, but the left rear is longer. Sorry, no part number. Make the dealer earn his money. J.C. Whitney would probably be a better bet.
OP: I'd just put a little super glue on them and forget about it. Maybe a little black gasket cement where they don't extend all the way.

im sure u could find some sort of rubber/weather stripping to work. mine was doing the same... but it quit after a while... so i never bothered with it.

3M weather strip adhesive. Use it to glue the ends (or the whole thing) to the fender flair, use sparingly, wipe off any excess right away. Be done with your troubles.

Clear silicone RTV at the ends will hold em in place, won't attack the paint and is easily removable when you want to.
