F a low profile sub

no offense to those that have em. i can get the same output from a good set of speakers in the doors.

here's what i got going into my 08 king cab:
(all pictures are clickable)

the equipment is going to be a 12" Ascendant Audio Havoc, powered by a Sundown SAZ1500d. My SAX100.4 will be mounted under the 1500 as well.

the glue is drying on the box, all that is left to do is fill the screw holes and do a final sand before bedlining it. should have it installed by the end of next week. so youll get some more pictures then

Nice...Same amp I have and I absolutely love it. What ohm you going to be running it at? Also, what sub is going in?

12" Ascendant Audio Havoc dual 2 wired at 1 ohm. i probably wont push the full 1500w to it daily. i want something loud, but even i have my limits. ill trade some volume for clean bass. port is tuned around 30hz so it should play nicely.

Looks good! Can't wait to see the finished product. How bad does the fiber glass stink up the truck.

lets just say i left the windows down for a couple weeks after making the mold

I've been thinking about a fiber glass bottom for my under seat box but remember the odor from my body shop days several years ago. I want a down firing sub box that fits the contour of the seat on the end (round, no sharp corners). I have the corners figured out but want to maximize the available volume.

still knocking all the dust off of it. gotta make some trim panels to replace the rear seat backs.

and so far no kids yet. when the time comes, ill have to figure something out. but im still a few years from that stage. (crosses fingers)
