I ordered a 7 pin towing harness kit from them, but a 4 pin arrives. I fire off an email expecting that I have to send it back before they send the correct one. Mistakes happens, but I was not looking forward to dealing with this snafu.

I was surprised to get an email apologizing and saying they would immediately send the 7 pin harness via UPS 2nd Day Air. No questions asked. They said they'd include a return shipping label for the 4 pin and asked me to ship it back ASAP. Made my whole day (yeah I'm pretty easy to please)!

Also by buying this harness from Courtesyparts.com saved me $70 compared to the local dealer! They earned some purchasing loyalty from me! I thought I'd share some positive feedback to the forum.

Yeah they have really changed their ways from 3 years ago. I think the dealership is under new management. The last time I ordered a part from the site and went to pick it up they were really cool.

I have only dealt with them once, shipment was prompt and accurate.
I have noticed, they ship nissan accessories for the same price as generic JUNK.
