I got my Shrock Works front bumper and Amazon special LED bar installed this weekend. I also took the sway bar out while I was at it. I took it out for a little shake down run with my son. I should have removed that stupid sway bar a year ago. I have some poser shots too on the flex with my new suspension setup. I found that the e-brake line on the rear end is acting as a limiting strap, time to figure out a fix for that...

My excuses for not getting that bumper are wearing thin...
I can't say enough "good" about Shrock Works and their products. The bumper is extremely high quality and worth every penny. I'm honestly surprised how well the powder coating has held up. I've now lived in Nevada, Florida, and Utah with this bumper and it has stood up to the salty Florida air, and two nasty, salty road Utah Winters. I've also beat the crap out of their diff skid and it has held up well, and never left me stranded. I just wish Shrock made a high clearance, wrap around rear bumper!

The truck looks great. Perfect amount of lift IMO. Are you still on stock AT 3.36 gearing with those tires and all that extra armor weight?

What spring rate did you go with for your setup? You aren't using the stock springs are you?

Yes, still on the stock gears. She's definitely a slow pig with bad gas mileage. I want to re-gear, but someday I'll be going T-swap, so I want to wait until then in case I drop an M205 in there.

Spring rate is 650lb upfront, add a leaf in the rear. I have the Nisstec mk84 Gone MOAB kit with the eibach springs and the Nisstec mk84 shock.

Nice truck! How do you like the winch so far? Ive been thinking about getting it.
Thanks!

The winch has been great. I've only had to use it twice, but both times it worked flawlessly. I used it once a few years ago when I was hung up on multiple rocks on Rocky Gap trail outside Las Vegas, and actually on this last trip to Mineral Basin. I was in a ravine and I used it to pull my nose away from a dirt wall to prevent body damage. I wasn't stuck, but it can be a great tool for helping change lines of travel. It's also nice for peace of mind when I'm out doing some camping or light solo wheeling with my boys.

I went wheeling and camping last weekend and my buddy made up a short video of some cell phone video clips of my truck.

Thank you for the video, I am working on a build for my '18 P4x and this video will help me convince the wife to let me buy the Shrock works bumper 🤣

Awesome build! I got a White 2015 Pro-4x that I'm just starting to build up! Went wheeling in our OHV park this weekend and kept bashing the steps that were on when I bought it so planning on getting some proper rock sliders soon. What made you get White knuckle instead of Shrockworks?

Felix N, I really liked the way the Whiteknuckle sliders looked and bolted on, and they seemed very strong. I saw some videos about them, and their overall quality sold me. I also like the kickout in the back. I think when I looked at Shrock sliders they didn't offer the kickout. Shrock quality is amazing though, I'm sure their sliders are awesome. The sliders and skid plates have saved my butt many times over.

JDUB19, good to see other SL guys on here! The Frontier community here is almost non existent. Vegas had tons of Pro4x Frontiers, but they seem more rare here.

Nevermind how dirty it is, but I installed a REDARC tow pro elite trailer brake controller. I routed the harness up under the center console and punched a small hole to mount the controller knob. I'm not usually in need of trailer brakes, but I put a deposit on an offroad square drop camper that should be here this month, and it has trailer brakes. I'm prepping the truck for a little more comfort while off grid camping. The camper we bought is real basic (small bedroom on wheels), but I hate camp grounds and camping around people.
