Drum brake to disk conversion?

03 crew cab with 6' bed. Has anybody done this conversion before?

Is it worth the time and money?

Would this be a worthy thing to do on an '04 Desert Runner? I know that probably 70% of my breaking is up front.... just kinda wondering.
