As my neighbor walked by and saw me doing this he said it would make the perfect Nissan ad. I definitely overloaded the bed but the truck handled it well. A quick shot of my weekend project to extend the driveway a little.

riding on the bumps?

i only did that once when my truck had stock suspension, and it was on a wheeling trip. i hated how it felt to bottom out. how many pounds do you think you took?

You may want to invest in helperspings. If your going to be doing that alot.

I did this several months ago with a load of dirt. Not near the weight you have there. The worst part was the huge clumps falling from the bucket. It really jarred the truck good.

You should decorate it by planting flowers around the outer edges of the rocks.

thats a lot of rock why not just pour concrete to extend it ??

Rock was more cost effective and attempting to do concrete it would be clear where the addition was and this isn't permanent if for whatever reason I don't like it.

I'm going to add some lights along the sides and plant some new grass along the sides and it should come together nicely.

As for how much I put in, I have no idea!

I'll post pics when I finish it later this week.
